FOUR-YEAR STREAM

A MESSAGE FROM YOUR HEAD CAPE

Welcome to the nursing family Class of '27! My name is Mackenzie and I am your Head Cape for Orientation Week (O-Week) this  year.

In my role, I have been working hard all year alongside my incredible team to make events that will foster a welcoming, fun, and positive environment during your first few days on campus. During O-Week, you'll have a chance to meet your peers in your program, upper-year nursing students, as well as first-year students in other faculties! You'll also get to form connections with your Capes, Nursing Orientation Committee (NOC), and faculty who will help support your during your journey through nursing school.

We'll help you get to know the campus, some resources, your classes and professors, and introduce you to some of our fun traditions! Our hope is that every incoming student feels more confident and prepared to start their university journey and can form connections that will help them through the next four years!

Welcome to Queen's, future nurses. I look forward to meeting you soon!
